What is your refund policy?

If you cancel before we successfully fax your application to the IRS, we refund the full service fee. If we cannot complete the agreed service for a reason on our side, we also provide a full refund. We correct our preparation or filing errors at no extra cost. After submission, changing your mind or an ordinary IRS delay does not automatically qualify for a refund. We review refund requests within 3 business days and initiate approved refunds through the original payment method within 5 business days; bank processing may take longer.
